Motorized Freepoint Panel, Universal
The universal portable free point and CCL panel runs off 110 ACV mains power and controls the functions and power supply to monitor and operate the downhole free point sensor, motorized anchors, and CCL. The panel is connected to the tool via line cable. The panel has numerous controls-mains on/off switch, circuit selector switch, reset switch, norm/amp switch, norm/test switch (1-5/8” sensor only), CCL gain dial, 1 3/8” and 1 5/8” zero and sens free point dials.
The circuit selector switch allows the operator to select the correct circuit for the tool in use. The 1 3/8” free point circuit is compatible with an 11/16”, 1”, and 1 3/8” free point sensor, and 1 5/8” is only compatible with the 1 5/8” free point sensor. Each pair of zero and sens free point dials are to fine-tune the free point meter, depending on the tool’s size. Any torque or stretch in the given length of tubing, drill pipe or casing causes the free point meter to fluctuate. When briefly held in the upward position, the reset switch sends a signal to reset the free point sensor to the closed position. The upper and lower positions on the selector switch allow the anchors to be opened and closed via the open/closed momentary toggle switch. The CCL gain dial controls the sensitivity of the CCL signals. The norm/amp switch toggles the CCL “Sonalert” piezo alarm on and off. The norm/test switch is used in test mode only when the panel is connected directly to the 1 5/8” free point sensor without line resistance.

Either type of fuse may be used. Make sure the replacement fuse is the same type of fuse as teh removed faulty fuse.
