Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, and type of shipping service you specify (Standard, Expedited, Next day).
Shipments are based on Incoterms Rules 2010 CPT destination. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by alternative carriers dependent on final destination. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight.Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries.
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments within the United States as well as international shipments. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the buyer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Within one business day of completing an order, we will email you a delivery estimate. Please see the table below for guidance on shipping times.

Refunds and Exchanges
We accept return or exchange of defective products or items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us of the damage via e-mail, at email@example.com, within thirty (30) days of delivery. Return of the item will be at your expense. Upon receipt of the item, we either repair and return it to you or send you a replacement item. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
