Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for refund or exchange, for defective items or items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com to alert us of the damage and return the item to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement or repair the item. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Please refer to Section 6 of the terms and conditions for additional details.
