Reset your Password for ShopBakerHughes.com
If you have previously logged into our site, you'll need to follow the directions below to reset your password to log into our site. If you've never logged in before, go to Register/Sign In to create an account.
1. Click Forgot Your Password. The next screen you’ll see is the new GE Single Forgot Password screen |

2. Enter your SSO ID (same user ID as before and is your email address) & click next |

3. You’ll be redirected to the screen to reset your password. Enter your SSO ID (your email address) where it says “Userid” and click Next |
|
4. Select the Email option and enter your email address and click Submit |
|
5. On the next screen, take note of the reset code. Copy it or write it down and save it, you’ll need it again later on in the process. |

6. Check your email for the password reset notification email. It may not arrive immediately. Click the link in the email to return to the password reset screen. |
|
7. On the password reset screen, enter the code that you copied and saved earlier. |
|
8. The code will load your password reset screen where you’ll confirm your Account User ID (your email address) and enter a new permanent password for your account. |
|
9.Once you’ve entered in your new password details you see the confirmation screen. |
|
10. Now that you’ve reset your password, return to Shop Baker Hughes and log in |
