Drillable Frac Plugs
We can't find products matching the selection.
The Baker Hughes portfolio of drillable frac plugs divert high pressures during hydraulic fracturing and then quickly removed with conventional drilling/milling tools. The plug is activated by deploying a ball to seat, or running ball in place, in the plug to divert the hydraulic fracturing treatment to the zone located above the plug. The drillable frac plug features an open inside diameter (ID) to allow the zones above and below the plug to commingle. Frac plug removal typically occurs on coiled tubing or threaded pipe with downhole hydraulically activated mud motors and milling tools.
